Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Summary: The Sr. Cost Analyst will utilize cost accounting, technical, and analytical skills to support the company. They will provide analytical support for key initiatives and ad hoc requests. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Responsible for the monthly manufacturing close process. Partner with Supply Chain team to establish annual budget and set standards. Perform monthly analysis of manufacturing variances and partner with Operations in the remediation of variances and budget gap closure. Compile rolling forecasts of manufacturing performance. Partner with Plant Management and Project Management to perform ROI analysis related to manufacturing capital projects. Analyze FG PPV, and make recommendations on sourcing changes. Analyze freight variances across the company network Assist with transition/integration work related to acquisitions. All other duties as assigned Preferred Skills and Experience: 3-5 years cost accounting experience preferred CPA / CMA preferred SAP experience a plus Position Requirements: Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance 2 years cost accounting experience Experience in manufacturing accounting at both corporate and plant level Experience in food and beverage industry Travel as required Physical Demands and Work Environment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
