Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Functions and Responsibilities: Assist in the development and successful execution of annual advertising marketing plan Support the advertising team in the coordination of a variety of annual national online and traditional marketing campaigns Support the marketing department in the development of a variety of annual market research studies - including focus groups, benchmark studies, consumer intercepts and online community research. Assist to develop and report on findings throughout the year. Work with the Assistant Vice President and advertising agency partners to track and report on campaign/program performance results by product by market; providing regular insights Stay current with industry best practices and competitive marketing programs. Providing reporting on trends to management Support in the development and execution of local advertising initiatives - including, but not limited to email, billboard, social media, print, radio, and broadcast media - in a variety of U.S. States across the country Assist in the management of the annual Marketing budget - focused on invoice processing, and quarterly reconciliations Will be called upon to handle other duties and projects as required Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Four years of experience in the marketing field with hands-on advertising/marcom experience Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse team Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills Excellent verbal communication skills Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
