Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Main responsibilities: Lead, coach, motivate and develop an organization of 300 outbound telephone sales consultants, managers, and directors across two locations (Phoenix and Florida). Create a winning sales culture with integrity and in alignment with compliance regulatory guidelines. Manage and oversee a pipeline of $2B to drive an effective close ratio and sales cycle performance. Build and execute sales and organizational strategies to deliver on annual growth plan, test and learn pilots and manage resource and operational challenges through capacity planning and operational best practices. Partner with peers, partners and senior leaders to drive engagement, retention, and long term profitability Lead special projects and initiatives across MM and GCS 5-10 years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of driving results and team engagement Strong sales leadership experience with large multi-level organization (100 employees) preferably in a telephone environment Knowledge of the core principles and strategies of Commercial products (OPEN, Corporate and lending). Bachelors degree in business or related field. Depending on factors such as business unit requirements, the nature of the position, cost and applicable laws, American Express may provide visa sponsorship for certain positions.
