Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: This position leads the B2B EDI integration team accountable for continuous improvement, process automation, and enterprise EDI integration within the marketing and BSD organizations, ensuring that the data in the EDI systems is migrated timely, efficiently and with the utmost accuracy. The role is responsible for managing EDI solutions, creating more effective and efficient processes, and influencing organizational change to adopt more cost effective and efficient ways of working to streamline our B2B customer ordering process. This position has responsibility for EDI operations, projects, efficiencies, leadership and will be responsible for serving as a EDI liaison between the BSD and IT. Manages a team of Functional Analysts who are responsible for collecting customer EDI/XML requirements, ensuring timely and accurate processing, perform system configuration, mapping and testing to set up our BSD customers to a streamlined digital ordering platform. Provides team training and guidance on EDI related topics, policies, or procedures. Leads the EDI projects including documentation, testing, implementation support, and workflow management. Schedule internal resources and external contractors to meet project requirements and deadlines. Ensure proper EDI related capabilities and competencies are in place to support major initiatives in BSD. Responsible for backlog management targets, delivery targets, response time targets, testing targets, and system availability targets. Provide support and advice to BSD about customer Integrations by identifying opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes. Works cross functionally to ensure we have optimized processes and alignment across partner technical teams. Supports problem-solving and troubleshooting tactical work with customers and internal business functions to resolve challenges and escalations. Produce metrics inputs to reporting decks and communicate key performance indicators with executive leadership. Manages relationship with 3rd party eProcurement systems. Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent experience Minimum of 7 years of experienceincluding at least 2 years in management Highly efficient in EDI or other 3rd party procurement software Strong in Excel, PowerPoint Analytical Tools B2B acumen Ability to learn new platform quickly Good verbal and written communication Skills Pay, Benefits and Work Schedule: Office Depot and Office Max offers competitive salaries, a benefits package.
