Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Project Management Serves as the Project Manager for My Info Services project implementations Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, with high quality and resolve issues with all stakeholders Plan team resource needs; work closely with other resource managers to select and schedule team members Work closely with resource managers to set clear expectations and roles for project team members, monitor progress and review results, and commitments. Communicate plans, status, and issues to higher management levels Manage project resources and contractors teams Facilitate timely project related management meetings to communicate status and to resolve key project, program and portfolio issues. Document outcomes and agreements Product Release Testing Perform system test execution and result documentation Document defects and update defect tracking systems Audits Oversees all internal, external and SOX audits Review all vendor SOC1 & SOC2 reports and responds to business controls Communicate and facilitate planning and execution of audit activities between management and auditors (internal and external) Develops and consults with respect to SOX risk assessments Conduct and implement audit/SOX training MyInfo Department Budget Responsible for invoicing which includes reviewing for accuracy, updating/correcting and submitting for processing Work with vendors to resolve issues Work with managers &/or Directors to insure correct coding and application of payments Review contracts and purchase orders and verify correctness of invoices Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties). External Qualifications: Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Masters preferred. Professional certifications a plus. 5 years professional experience. Ability to identify issues, analyze data, develop, recommend and implement solutions. Must have excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to perform in a very fast paced environment.
