Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Planning, Support and Control Manager for Global Documentation Services for U.S. Bank will be expected to effectively manage multiple teams of exempt/individual contributors and be familiar with above listed documentation service for some or all of the above listed documents. Qualified candidate can be based at the listed processing centers or work out of one of U.S. Bank's major metro locations to virtually manage some or all employees. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- 10 or more years of operations experience in the financial services industry- Five or more years of supervisory/management experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Superior knowledge of operation functions, systems, controls, policies and procedures for large corporate and commercial banking operations - Lean Six Sigma or Design for Six Sigma process/project management experience- In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations - Demonstrate success at managing multiple exempt teams- Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills- Well-developed customer relations skills- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously- Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources Operations.
