Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Our award-winning national IP law firm client has an immediate need for an IP associate with a minimum of two years of experience in cases involving patent rights. The ideal candidate will have experience representing biopharma manufacturers, research institutions and universities in patent and inventorship disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the ITC, and in the U.S.P.T.O. The caseload is also expected to include false advertising, trademark and copyright matters. A science degree is not required. Compensation is competitive. Only qualified candidates will receive a response.
