Job Responsibilities and Requirements: DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for daily reporting on progress quality issues Inspect highway/roadway projects to document adherence to contract documents review of submittals review of payment applications coordination between general contractor and client s staff monitoring of schedule and issues affecting the schedules Track RFI s maintaining record documents maintenance of non-compliance logs photographic documentation evaluation of test reports risk management on the project Be proactive and alert project management professionals to issues that may come up in the field Provide solutions to mitigate those problems Must be able to document the work via the daily inspection report and various other reports including tracking quantities and documenting force account work Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent plus four (4) years of experience in construction inspection two (2) years of which shall have been in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I FDOT Intermediate MOT CTQP Final Estimates Level I Experience with SiteManager and MAC software Equal Opportunity Employer/Minority/Female/Veteran/Disabled US-FL-Miami Senior Inspector.
