Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Lead a team of high-performing data analysts in a hands-on technical capacity. Act as a champion for a data-driven culture and share best operating practices within as well as outside the Analytics team. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to extract actionable insights on how our customers use our different services and derive value. Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to identify trends and opportunities to drive growth. Lead the design of and evaluate experiments of features that impact user behavior. Diagnose and communicate root causes of changes in user behavioral metrics. Gather requirements and prioritize projects across the team and allocate resources to support product launches and improvements. Define and track success metrics to drive growth via customer acquisition across all different products. Design and develop dashboards to measure the health of our different rental products. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related technical field. Advanced degrees and specialization even better. 3 years of experience in managing analytics teams 5 years of experience doing quantitative analysis Entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment Passion for data and its fundamental ability to create value Extremely curious and excited to dive into complex problems High proficiency in databases and query languages (e.g: SQL) Experience with Tableau (reporting suite) and scripting languages (e.g: Python) preferred.
