Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: There are generally three areas of responsibilities: Assist in shaping client and internal communications by: Creating materials and communications in multiple media and formats (emails, letters, FAQs, presentations, etc.) Contributing writing, messaging and positioning support for other projects as needed Responsible for managing forms development in line with business needs Contributing writing, message and positioning support for other projects as needed In discharging these responsibilities, the Client Communications Associate: Writes persuasively and in the straightforward, direct manner that is consistent with J.P. Morgan s voice and observing the firm s editorial style guide Oversees the development and review of communications, working with all stakeholders to reach agreement on final copy Communicates progress on project to all stakeholders Delivers within deadlines Project manages account opening and other form projects. This includes aligning content and format with PB guidelines, working with business partners, legal, account opening and creative services Drives client advocacy: Is an internal activist who understands that the focus is on our clients Proactively engages key partners to understand their product/service and top get early insights about upcoming initiatives Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience; experience writing client-facing communications; experience within the investment or financial services industry preferred Proven writing ability: adept at getting to the heart of the matter and conveying complex, sophisticated messages in a direct, clear and easy-to-understand manner relevant to needs of target audience Experience working in digital formats to help drive content and enhancements to customer information channels Must be willing to make recommendations on how a message can be conveyed most effectively for intended audience Proven conceptual ability: experience in working with designers/art directors to develop different concepts or approaches to determine which is best suited to a project Ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent deadlines Able to work as part of a team Great attitude, able to see opportunities in new challenges Thrives on working swiftly and cleanly Intellectually curious, able to leverage external stimulus for creating new concepts Demonstrates respect for others time.
