Job Responsibilities and Requirements: In this role you will: Be a front line contact with our CMO, head of Business Development, and Managing Director for Sapphire - all top level executives with mission critical mandates to innovate Chase s mission and offerings Hire and run a world-class group of researchers, designers and project managers that will conceive of, define, pitch, and scope new products and services Work with dCE prototyping to translate these visions into demonstration vehicles that can be used in research and to showcase internally Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Business Development and others to transition concepts from dCE to implementation teams Understand emerging special executive initiatives and partner org roadmaps - ingest the business requirements and customer impacts - then explore a wide range of creative avenues, flesh out resulting visions, and evolve them via research and collaboration, eventually determining paths to productization Work tightly with the General Manager of Sapphire to help explore, expand and evolve the offerings under the Sapphire brand umbrella Continuously scan the horizon both inside and outside of Chase for emerging trends that could play into future roadmaps Adapt and maintain a consistent budget, hiring plan and project portfolio Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field Direct working experience with leaders within high performance digital product and development cultures 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, design, and/or consumer facing technology product development Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing and organized manner ability to senior stakeholders A strong mix of creative agency and in-house experience; includes account management across multiple clients A solid end-to-end understanding of UX/product development methodologies Passion for leading and cultivate a high-performance innovation and design culture Demonstrated success driving consistent processes across a complex function Relevant project management experience at scale Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills Superior judgment, team building, budgeting, communication skills Highly competent in handling ambiguity and conflict resolution associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment with multiple constituencies, multiple simultaneous objectives and deadlines Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment.
