Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Summary Responsible for the development of marketing materials for a specific business group from briefing through approvals. Ensures that business objectives are met, that marketing meets brand standards and that all compliance approvals are obtained. Partners with subject matter experts in digital, direct response and design/branding to ensure highest quality of marketing efforts.Essential Job Functions Contributes to the development of annualized marketing plans aligned to business and communication plans. Works with Senior Marcom Managers to manage annual marketing project list to ensure delivery of agreed upon deliverables. Oversees development of marketing programs and materials including incorporating business lines input, brand review and compliance input. Obtains approval from business, brand and compliance. Collaborate with specialized marketing functions such as Digital marketing, direct marketing and social media to ensure that efforts not only reflect best practices but are coordinated and integrated. Ensures budgets are adhered to and contract and accounting policies are followed. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners including strong engagement, coordination and transparency. Champion the Brand with a strong understanding of brand strategy, brand voice and brand guidelines. Develops strong understanding of applicable regulations to effectively market within regulations and compliance requirements. Other Job Duties Performs other duties as assigned. Required Experience Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires 5 years minimum prior relevant experience.Education Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications or related field Skills Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other software programs applicable to position and achievement of goals. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Ability to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures. Able to work independently and as a member of a team, demonstrates time management and ability to complete projects on schedule or before deadline within budget.
