Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Direct customer communications programs to support marketing and communications efforts across customer lifecycle, products and channels through a variety of mediums in close collaboration with bank teams. Manage content management programs and maintain content for owned and earned digital assets. Create and edit strategic marketing communications for distribution across external-facing channels. Ensure content is relevant and aligned with each target audience and brand tone. Manage the content development and deployment process. Create and manage content to support bank operations teams. Assist in implementation and running of voice of customer programs Develop and maintain KPIs for measuring effectiveness of communications; direct and maintain Agile marketing methodology. Qualifications Requirements A minimum of 7 years of MarComm or Communications experience, preferably with a bank or financial services company. Bachelors degree in journalism, communications, English, marketing or a related business field; MBA preferred. Stellar writing and editing skills across a variety of channels and audiences. Excellent oral communications, communications planning, issues management and project management skills. Experience with traditional/digital marketing and social media. Preferred experience in financial services and or retail banking Speed, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with proven time-management and prioritization skills with ability to respond to changes in process, responsibility, or assignment quickly without losing sight of the overall goals. A track record of successfully managing agencies. A meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills/relationships and effective organizational know-how.
