Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Senior Compliance Analyst will collaborate with the Issuer Services team to deliver high-quality service and information to companies whose stock is traded over-the-counter (OTC). The Senior Compliance Analyst works under the supervision of the Director of Issuer Services. The Senior Compliance Analyst will collaborate with the Issuer Services team to deliver high-quality service and information to companies whose stock is traded OTC. The Senior Compliance Analyst processes OTC issuer compliance documentation and provides customer support related to compliance procedures. Responsibilities include timely and accurate review, processing, and maintenance of compliance information. Ensuring required information is current and updated in various data systems. Responsibilities: Review issuer compliance matters on a daily basis based on marketplace rules, guidelines, procedures, and compliance programs. Monitor and review our companies to ensure integrity in our marketplace. Educate OTC Companies and their advisors regarding marketplace rules, disclosure requirements and best practices. Interact with our sales, finance, and trading teams.Maintain a professional relationship with our issuer s management and legal teams. Collect, analyze, and process data of OTC Markets company information and security data into relational databases. Process subscription agreements, including customer data validation, billing and payment verification, creation of user accounts, and written and verbal communication of account information to customer. Proactively carry out project support and willingness to assist in a variety of projects. Assist in answering general phone line and general email inbox to answer questions from customers, service providers and the general public. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics. Familiarity with financial reports or comparable work experience. Knowledge of financial markets. Ability to quickly learn software and work in multiple systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide customer service in a courteous manner and work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization. Team oriented with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities in a fast paced environment. Ability to type accurately, edit, and work in a high-volume environment. Exceptional attention to detail Ability to accurately complete high-volume work Candidates applying for this position MUST have a green card or a US citizenship.
