Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Solicits, develops, and services a wide variety of real estate commercial loans. Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing relationships. Responsible for large and complex real estate loans, including real estate investments, income property, development, construction loans, etc. Sustains profitability and growth of portfolio. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field- Five or more years of commercial real estate experience- Two or more years of management experience Preferred Skills/Experience- Advanced knowledge and experience in commercial real estate loan portfolios and relation to industry- Strong leadership and strategic management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills Relationship Management.
