Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Services Manager (Managing Architect) with in-depth, hands-on knowledge of full-stack Microsoft solutions, including workflow, custom development, and architecture. In this role, you will work with developer, architects and client stakeholders to build, and implement an exciting variety of mission critical applications. What you'll do at /BlueMetal: Participate in the discovery, design and execution of a wide variety of solutions for external clients Provide input into all aspects of solution delivery: sales, estimation, design, management, deployment, implementation and more Work closely with BlueMetal architects and client technical stakeholders to shape the success of projects Assist customer stakeholders in understanding the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code Design and integrate business processes and data flows between applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications Develop data conversion and testing strategies What you'll need to join /BlueMetal: 10+ years of professional solution development and design experience Experience in deploying, configuring, and customizing Software Solutions both on-premises and in the cloud Development experience: ASP.NET, C# - object oriented concepts, Web Services SOAP, XML, XSD, Web Tools and technologies - JavaScript, jQuery, Angular.js, Knockout.js, AJAX, CSS, HTML Additional Technical Skills: MS SQL Server (including SSIS and SSRS), SharePoint, Windows AD Passion for keeping up with current trends in all technologies Experienced in development best practices including unit testing and continuous integration Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment Understanding of software quality and testing procedures Proven ability to understand a customer needs Experience implementing technical solutions based on business imperatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous Consulting Experience preferred.
