Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking a motivated leader in the Denver area for the Infrastructure, Civil Engineering Division Job Title: Branch Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for all office operations Responsible for municipal and DOT utility engineering and surveying projects Potential in leading medium and large scale transit and infrastructure projects for the organization Oversees the project managers, field personnel and office staff assigned to the branch Initiates, prepares, reviews, and participates in proposals, rate & staff hour estimate preparation, and negotiations Participates in interviews and presentations Reviews and manages client contracts Serves as a representative of Cardno at client meetings Regularly interfaces with existing and potential clients to secure new assignments Analyzes backlog, resources, and sales to determine priorities and needs and coordinates with the Regional Manager to secure necessary resources and equipment Responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects Establishes and maintains quality assurance plans and safety plans for assigned projects Oversees all QA/QC functions to ensure accurate and high quality deliverables to clients Participates in the yearly budget forecast development, monthly operating review meetings and is otherwise responsible for setting and meeting the financial performance goals of the branch Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Geophysics or related field Minimum of ten (10) years of experience Six (6) years of experience managing CDOT or municipal projects preferred Registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Experience in leadership, project management, and staff supervision Please Note that selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background and reference screening.
