Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities include: Evaluate management systems, current practices and site conditions relative to risk appetite, enhancing understanding of exposures and guiding implementation of processes to meet internal standards Review and prioritize risk-based mitigation recommendations, partnering with internal stakeholders to obtain budget and managing projects to successful resolution Manage and drive the continuous risk assessment of our data centers Develop long term goals, metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement aimed at enhancing the resiliency Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree 6 years of relevant experience including familiarity with site selection due diligence, data center design and data center operational principles Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership, and delivering results in a leadership role Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with senior leadership Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy Up to 25% travel, including international destinations Preferred Qualifications Data center operations, construction, technical due diligence and risk assessment experience strongly desired Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or architecture is desired ARM or related designation is preferred MBA or professional business qualification is preferred.
