Job Responsibilities and Requirements: You will do: Primary responsibility is to manage the disbursements of real estate construction loans. Work with the closing administrator to ensure that all pre-closing construction requirements have been met. Administrator is also responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. Processes all payments of real estate taxes, generate escrow disbursement invoice list and reconcile all escrow disbursement. Participate in new procedures, which will improve process, ensure the bank s collateral position and foster superior Customer Service. #LI-Post Required Skills Minimum Associate s Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration preferred 3-5 years experience construction loan servicing preferred 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation. Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Excellent decision-making skills. Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite and certifications as applicable to the position.
