Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Trademark and Copyright Team of continues to grow and seeks an Associate, resident in our Atlanta, California, New York or Washington, DC offices, with at least 3-5 years of direct trademark experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in online investigations, routine enforcement, UDRP, TTAB, Foreign Oppositions, and district court litigation matters. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, be highly organized and detail oriented.
