Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Description: Work with finance, technology and global development & platform teams to drive administrative, reporting and quality improvements Responsibility for administrative duties in conjunction with the team, which include but are not limited to financial, staffing, quality and risk/regulatory matters Financial control - in conjunction with the team - understand the complexities of the department P&L, accruals, client allocations, the impact of capitalization, recovery and fixed price contracts in order to improve operational efficiency and productivity Vendor Management - help coordinate contract negotiation and legal requirements and work with procurement through to contract execution Program/Project Management - help provide oversight of the Business Critical Milestone Reporting process and various other executive / client / management reporting processes. Ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy throughout the reporting process. Staff / Resource Management -imbed processes in the organization that ensure ongoing headcount is always accurate, real estate is inventoried and planned, that the on boarding and termination of resources is well controlled Communication - work with the team and respective Technology leads on the communication strategy (e.g. town halls, new hire events) for the department People Strategy - work with the Technology management teams actively supporting the ICG O&T People Strategy The role requires several years in a fast paced Tier-1 financial services firm with experience in global and complex settings with multiple stake holders Individual contributor with the ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures Ability to remain calm and objective in a high-pressure environment Strong written and verbal communication skills - will have interaction with senior technology and business managers Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and processes Ability to demonstrate a good level of planning and execution of medium range and long term strategic plans. Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with business front office and global functions colleagues Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations Knowledge of Citi, the financial services industry and Technology organizations in Citi Excellent influencing and negotiating skills Educational Level: Bachelors Degree required.
