Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The ideal candidate will have deep acquisition marketing experience across search, social and programmatic marketing. You have a data-driven approach to driving scale and efficiency across a wide variety of channels with a razor-sharp command of key performance indicators, A/B testing, and budget/ROAS management. About You You have the ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels You have relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail You are a tactical executor, but have the ability to think strategically, act independently and see the bigger picture You are optimistic with a strong bias for action You combine keen analytical sense with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-level of self-motivation and self-direction You are a strong collaborator with experience engaging stakeholders, identifying creative solutions and managing projects and initiatives to successful outcomes Requirements 5-7 years experience directly managing end-to-end digital performance marketing campaigns and budgets; implementation, optimization, reporting Expert-level understanding of multiple acquisition marketing channels (e.g., SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliate marketing) with proven wins in previous roles Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver against the broader demand strategy across business lines, specific opportunities and building stronger bridges with our strategic partners Provide reliable and consistent performance reporting, forecasts and spend projections and take full accountability in managing your campaigns and acquisition efforts Evangelize marketing and acquisition best practices to the broader organization for awareness and education.
