We interview and meet with hundreds of solution providers each year, examining products closely, talking with customers; and providing an informed voice-of-the-customer perspective back to the vendor community. This process is an essential part of our research methodology. It underpins our ability to help research members select, implement, and manage the most appropriate products and vendors, and also provides important depth to our overall perspectives on related workplace trends and HR solution innovation.Internally, this role acts as source of expertise and leading practice for working with and researching vendors. Externally, he or she partners with senior management to establish the related research agenda, and drive the delivery against that agenda in support of business goals. This role will write, publish, and present extensively. This role will work with members, prospective members, and consulting clients, answering questions and providing advice. He or she will be instrumental with establishing and maintaining our ongoing vendor relationships. As a senior member of the team, this role will act as leader and coach to more junior members of our business, and may be asked to formally manage others.
