Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties & Responsibilities Employee may be called upon to perform any or all of the following functions: Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis Identify Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Report project progress reports to engineering leads Generate and update progress curves as they apply to the project Perform change management responsibilities Create and maintain new projects within the scheduling software provided Update monthly forecasts, maintain client cost reports, project cashflows and transfer logs for multiple EPC projects Finalize project schedules and manpower requirements Provide exception reports to management and project engineering team Other duties as required Minimum Qualifications/Experience Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business or other related field is required. Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project scheduling software is required. Experience scheduling EPC projects within the Power industry is preferred. Possess skills in the following areas: Experience in project controls work as it applies to engineering and construction projects Electrical utilities and power distribution experience is preferred Knowledge of planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and project reports Proficient with MS Office including, Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills provides a competitive compensation and benefits package.
