Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Role Summary: This job is for a Region Marketing Sr Manager supporting the growth of our Digital business in the Americas region. Design & execution of customer-focused, market development initiatives to drive sales pipeline. Prioritize & lead key cross business tactics and programs, support launch & growth of new/existing technologies & services for BHGE Digital. Successful candidate will have relevant experience with revenue marketing, field marketing, or account base Essential Responsibilities: Own the marketing relationship with commercial executives to strategize with the marketing leadership team approaches to support the sales goals for the Americas region Act as liaison between marketing and sales and be the face of marketing to the pre-sales and sales teams for the region Understands the market forces and commercial strategy to propose field marketing programs Define field programs objectives in line with sales strategy and oversee the portfolio of field marketing activities Collaborate with the product marketing team to incorporate sales feedback and sales leadership needs into integrated & global campaigns Own the marketing relationship with leadership stakeholders within the product, industry, commercial and partner teams to assimilate their customer / market needs and propose program strategies for North America and Latin America regions. Accountable for delivering qualified leads, improving sales pipeline and accelerating sales. Guide and coach the sales organization on the role and value of marketing within strategic accounts and promote a unified customer approach Influence product GTM direction based on market knowledge, program portfolio performance, and marketing leading practices Define the vision to support the overarching revenue marketing goals Develop frameworks and best practices to increase scale and efficiencies including operating models, organization capabilities, processes and tools Establish KPIs, determine success criteria and drive accountability Influence the commercial leadership team to define a high potential account portfolio for the organization s most strategic customer and prospect accounts Effectively use the account and contact intelligence to effectively target and engage customers and prospects Facilitate the lead routing process and system hand-offs with inside sales and sales Own the interlock with BHGE Digital product, marketing, and sales team to facilitate the marketing processes integration for the region Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations, Direct Marketing, Account Based Marketing, or Field MarketingEligibility Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
