Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: BDE will have direct responsibility for developing new profitable business from existing and prospective clients; developing strategic account plans and executing themDeveloping and managing prospect and client dialogue; understanding their business goals, strategies, and industry trends to generate new business revenues.Successfully position JP Morgan s solutions versus our competitor s capabilities.Orchestration of prospect and client meetings focused on specific working capital and balance sheet optimization objectives, communication of industry best practices and presentation of new products.Orchestrates the production of the highest-quality proposals and written communication Demonstrates exceptional leadership, follow-up and project management skillsLeverages the reach of the firm as a tool to gain access to relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree required MBA or Master s degree in relevant field desirable10 years of Treasury Sales background within a top tier bankCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred or willingness to obtain with 18 months. Direct C-suite sales experience TS subject matter expert. Strong analytical and financial management skillsNeeds to be able to think strategically and be willing to embrace new concepts or alternative approaches to the development of new relationship opportunitiesDemonstrates excellent verbal and written communication abilityStrong negotiatorWell-organized with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously Competencies: Relationship Building: ability to establish and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
