Job Responsibilities and Requirements: DUTIES ARE:- Analyze and interpret data received from our interface partners, the information flows to/from our system, and consideration/suggestions of implementing additional products and services.- Assist in formulating and defining Business processes of client requests and project requirement capturing to improve or build new interface feeds.- Develop features and requirements into a fully-formed project that details needs, features, constraints, and scope of a project.- Work with manager to review processes around everyday duties and event management- Interact with diverse groups to provide analytical support as needed.- Assist in creating client and internal documentations.- Formulates and defines Business Architecture and Project Feasibility Studies- Provides analysis to resolve production issues- Collaborates with internal and external clients.- Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Math or equivalent knowledge and experience.- 5 years experience in systems analysis- Advanced knowledge of the investment securities industry theories, principles, and practices. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Background in trading systems like FIX, Oasys, SunGard or Swift. Background in portfolio accounting systems like Advent, Portia, Indata, and GIM2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT, SDLC, AND AGILE Understanding of various web-based technologies (.Net, J2EE, XML, & EJB) Firm understanding of Business Workflow, Six Sigma & Risk Management KNOWLEDGE OF FIX OR SWIFT PROTOCOL Knowledge of data modeling & ETLTRAVEL REQUIRED:Occasional travel required (less than 10%).
