Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key responsibilities include: Work directly with senior business executives to define the technical approach for Fraud Operations and Centralized Transaction Operations (CTO) activity Define solutions to optimize straight through processing, and eliminate the queue and manual handling Refactor the architecture and IT assets so that Fraud Operations, and Centralized Transaction Operations (money movement, tax reporting, legal and compliance operations) can be modified and released with minimal impedance from cross impacts Define the sequencing that integrates Fraud and CTO solutions with enterprise strategies for Cloud Migration and Microservices Lead project architecture decision making for the investments that deliver the Fraud and Centralized Transaction Operations business objectives. Work with a number of constituencies to ensure that the architecture supports the required business functionality, including senior business managers, senior IT management, application development management, developers and outside vendors and business function owners Communicate a strategic direction to all levels of management and technical personnel and gain buy-in Consult on the new technologies required to enhance the Fraud and CTO environment such as Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation Define technology direction, in the form of standards and principles, for area of expertise based on analysis, industry standards and previous experiences. Advise senior business and IT managers in a consultative manner and be recognized as an expert in technology and functional areas Become a source of counsel and expertise with IT stakeholders such as Infrastructure (cloud, servers, operating systems, DB management systems); networking (routers, traffic management, directors, etc.); security groups (firewalls, server lockdown, host interaction, etc), IT Risk Management Participate in the leadership of enterprise-wide information systems activities and processes Bachelors degree in computer science or related area Over ten years experience across a broad array of technologies with expertise in more than one technology area 10 years developing and/or architecting large, complex systems Prior experience representing IT to senior business leaders At least 5 years experience with analysis, design, and development Must have working experience with databases, infrastructure design and resiliency, security and performance testing Effective oral & written communication skills Ability to multi-task, set direction, and initiate large scale efforts with minimal supervision Project planning and resource planning experience.
