Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the designer and contractor (or a subset thereof depending on the position) Interfacing with airport management related to the project Preparing reports Coordinating and communicating with internal (airport) and external (airline, utility, etc.) stakeholders and supporting the designer and contractor by providing timely and accurate information and approvals as needed to further the project Duties are to be performed in accordance with the airport s Project Management Guidelines which include best practices for PM customized for the airport s specific needs Supervision of discipline project managers and/or construction manager Talent is the essence of meeting our client s objectives, goals and challenges. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related discipline or equivalent experience Minimum of 15 years of experience with 6-10 years of relevant Project Management experience required Employment authorization to work in the United States immediately Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE license) or Registered Architect (RA) Specific large-project management experience and airport experience Local Candidates.
