Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee preparation of plans, specifications and estimates Provide constructability review of projects considering means and methods of construction Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects Develop preliminary engineering concepts Develop and review engineering reports Design check and quality control of projects Marketing and client relations Talent is the essence of meeting our client s objectives, goals and challenges. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited program Minimum of 7 years of related experience in structural engineering with an emphasis on transportation infrastructure projects Washington PE registration, or ability to receive within 6 months Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Experience with finite-element, CADD software and specialized engineering software Familiarity with AAHSTO LRFD Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Structural Engineering Washington Structural Engineer registration Background in structural mechanics, earthquake engineering, advanced analysis methods, and design of pre-stressed concrete, reinforced concrete and steel structures Previous experience on a design team for Design-Build Projects.
