Intern Project: Intern will be responsible for supporting Southern California Director of Construction Management with the oversight of approximately 6 major projects in construction. Intern will be exposed to several best practices in Construction Project Management. Involvement with most capital projects in Southern California. Local travel to various project sites in SoCal is required. Desired Skillsets: Interest in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering Ambitious Responsible Tech-savvy Mobile Ambitious to learn Proficient in Microsoft office applications Strong work ethic Ability to read drawings and communicate ideas both written and verbally.Desired Major: Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Basic Qualifications:Experience N/AEducation Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year. High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.License, Certification, Registration N/A Additional Requirements: Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: 3.0 GPA or above. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
