Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Principle Duties and Responsibilities Lead Georgia and Alabama team of Treasury Sales Officers to deliver on business growth objectivesRecruit, train, lead, coach, and motivate field sales managers Monitor staff performance, provides appropriate coaching, recognition and feedback.Develop, monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate national and regional effectiveness relative to key metric performance and goals Work with Middle Market leadership to formulate and execute market strategy for Treasury ServicesDevelop regional/district strategies to drive key metrics growth Build collaborative internal relationships; Coverage Leadership, Bankers, other internal partners. Participates in partner meetings and communicates key Treasury Management messages Cultivate larger prospect relationships that are regional/national in scope Oversee the development of actionable relationship plans for select clients.Manage, guide and coach development of client proposals/presentations. Engages in a disciplined marketing process and quality call activities. Manages customer expectations by communicating upfront timelines and deliverables. Partners with the client to ensure a successful implementation of TS products.Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.Lead/execute special projects and assignments as required Qualifications Bachelors Degree 10 years experience in Treasury Services, Financial Services or related business experience5 years of management Experience in managing geographically distributed team, and managing managersSales management in an outside business to business sales environment with a documented track record of success / top performanceStrong understanding of the C&I Treasury Market Strong coaching, motivation and leadership skills; ability to network, recruit, train, develop and promote field sales managers Ability to develop, drive and articulate strategy and vision for the team and lead a sales force Performance Metrics Deliver Results - Individually and as a Team Foster existing client relationships - Individually and as a Team Partner with the field organization at all levels of management Manage People Manage Control Environment Adhere to policies and procedures Competencies Relationship Building - Ability to develop and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to influence those outside of direct management control. Marketing Expertise - Ability to leverage expert knowledge to proactively and creatively present solutions to clients and prospects or to guide a team to this result. (applies to in market team leads) Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.Leadership and Support - Ability to direct and guide a team to accomplish objectives. Ability to provide strong leadership across a team, provide business guidance and support. Ability to coordinate inside sales infrastructure. Ability to direct escalations and ensure follow through.
