Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary responsibilities of the role are: Perform business analysis for new business unit or subsidiary to define CRM related business requirements Work with Program Management, Developers and consultant resources to convert the requirements to functional design Provide feedback and updates on Salesforce performance, issues and fixes to applicable users, regional stakeholders and leadership team. Initiate the quality testing of the new functions, enhancements, configuration changes and releases Manages integration with SAP, Customer Portal, and other 3rd party applications. Perform system audits for data integrity and drive reporting accuracy at global and regional levels Travel to various locations to provide mass user initial training and give follow up refresher and support to the existing Salesforce users via online training modules. Design, develop and improve on regional documentation: User/Reference Guides, SOPs, Data Migration and Integration Plans. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 5 years of experience supporting CRM systems including system support, system testing and end user training Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred Previous experience with cross functional IT and/or enterprise level applications Effective change and project management skills Effective presentation skills Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical user groups Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually Preferred Tech and Prof Experience Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 8 years of experience supporting CRM systems including system support, system testing and end user training Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred Previous experience with cross functional IT and/or enterprise level applications Effective change and project management skills Effective presentation skills Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical user groups Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually EO Statement.
