Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Attend project gathering and kickoff and project closeout calls.Management of training project scope, scheduling, resourcing, and quality assurance.Conduct training needs analysis to identify development opportunities and create tools, processes, standards, and procedures to support the development and maintenance of the QuickHelp learning platform. Define and track KPIs related to technology adoption and use. Leverage learning analytics and user feedback to recommend improvements. Remain informed and on the forefront of technology learning trends and approaches. Have a point of view on how to best implement them at Build and nurture strategic relationships with team mates, executives, clients, and vendors. Identify and recruit internal subject matter experts to help inform learning programs.Executive level planning and resource management input for the Deployment Team Travel as needed. Decision Making/Judgment Required: Purchasing decisions under $5000 as requiredRequired to make decisions that affect the immediate success of a Deployment event. i.e Last minute decisions regarding event requirements when time is criticalResource and personnel decision making when Deployment Director or Sr. Manager II is unavailable Represent the team at any executive level gatherings as needed Required Technical Skills:Instructional design Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular, PowerPointProject management experience Relationship mastery and executive presence skills Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements Brainshark or equivalent certification Education & Experience: Bachelors degree with strong emphasis on education, marketing or communications Masters in education or learning and design preferred Experience in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise application trainingDemonstrated success developing, delivering, and evaluating adult learning programs 5 Years of relevant experience in the training, learning or development area.
