Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Building campaigns and executing traffic-driving efforts for large scale product and service launches, tracking tasks and dependencies across multiple teams Managing and tracking multi-channel marketing efforts for seasonal and promotional events Supporting the digital products merchandising, product management, and web dev teams on strategic demand generation initiatives as well as rhythm of the business initiatives and programs. Analyzing traffic patterns and optimizing channels against direct response and awareness KPIs Creative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team) Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content via CMS The position is based in Seattle, covering the North America region, and will focus on a specific set of devices and customer profiles. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in associated discipline 4 years demonstrable experience in an online marketing field Experience analyzing marketing campaigns & traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives Experience leading cross-functional projects with design, engineering, and/or analytics Experience with Content Management Systems Experience with HTML and XML MS Office, SharePoint Experience building and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, hypothesis-driven and highly analytical Preferred QualificationsExperience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience Proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, and web traffic reporting Experience with A/B or multivariate testing Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment Excellent documentation and workflow management Excellent writing and copyediting skills Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action.
