Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Description/Duties : Specific Requirements include the following: - Review current CFIUS cases and forward cases of potential concern to appropriate points of contact - Conduct quick response qualitative and quantitative research and analysis of CFIUS or CFIUS-related cases and/or issues, responses to taskers, and inquiries regarding Navy and DoD concerns in coordination with other Navy and Federal stakeholders to provide detailed summary reports for leadership to support decision making - Develop risk-based analyses on CFIUS cases of concern - Provide executive-level support for coordination of CFIUS-related Working Group meetings, including agenda development, coordination with stakeholders for brief development, Flag Officer/General Officer and Senior Executive Service scheduling, space and Video Tele-Conferencing arrangements, meeting minutes, after-action and tasker tracking - Attend and support periodic interagency meetings, providing meeting minutes and/or after action tracking - Review DoD Instructions and compile briefing papers with proposed edits for leadership review - Review various government documents and papers and prepare briefing files for leadership review - Respond to Requests for Information (RFI)s, policy papers, taskers, and presentations up to 4-star Flag Officer/General Officer level - Coordinate with Navy and DoD stakeholders on CFIUS cases with proximity concerns via electronic means for tasking - Use Navy, DoD, and Congressional task management processes to respond to routine and ad-hoc requests for information regarding issues with DoD/Navy equity, including non-secure tasking management, Congressional Information Management System, classified tasking management, and internal processes. Qualifications: BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and three (3) years or more experience. Required Skills: - Excellent analytical writing skills, as well as other communication and computer skills; MS Office , specifically Word , Excel , and PowerPoint . - Possess strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and writing skills. Desired Skills: - Experience with Federal Government CFIUS. - Experience with International Economic policy and procedures. - 3 years' experience with Department of Defense and/or Department of Navy Programs - 3 years' experience supporting a Command Staff or equivalent level organization - Experience with data analytics.
