Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for leading all marketing analytics on the marketing team at Banana Republic. Responsibilities include weekly, monthly, quarterly dashboard reporting, ad hoc analyses, channel specific analyses (email, search, media, store traffic, etc.). This person will report to the VP of Marketing and have a leadership role in how we look at and analyze marketing campaigns and strategy. He/she will be a liaison with all cross functional partners and will work closely with our finance team in understanding marketing effectiveness and our centralized analytics team in understanding customer metrics tied to marketing campaigns and promotions. Responsibilities Lead and execute weekly dashboard reporting for all key marketing channels. Lead and help execute the monthly and quarterly hindsight process with multiple cross functional partners. Responsible for ad-hoc analyses on campaigns and promotions to understand key drivers of beats and misses to business forecasts.Lean in on traffic forecasting with key marketing channel owners. Bring innovative ideas and approaches to marketing reporting to have a transparent view of campaign performance across the organization. Qualifications Advanced analytical experience within the ecommerce, digital and retail sector preferred. Ability to work cross functionally with key partners in a productive, growth mindset approach. Ability to influence senior level and junior level colleagues with command of marketing performance and approaches to analyses Experience with multiple online reporting and analytics tools.
