Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Liaison with Governance & Control Office (GCO) team of project compliance coordinators who provide operational support to project managers and project directors. Provide project management support for all phases of the project life cycle from initiation to financial close. Provide period specific financial and metric reporting for capital projects in North America. Maintain operational control for Design & Construction Project Team with respect to Operational Loss Reporting, Expense management Control, Compliance and Audit Reporting, Employee Entitlement Reviews and various ad-hoc requests. Responsible for Continuity of Business (COB) planning and coordination with COB Division Manager with respect to emergency contact protocol, emergency contact maintenance and testing strategies. Manage vendor on-boarding process (CASP) and on-going vendor management for CRS Design & Construction designated vendors. Work with all CRS related work groups in an effort to ensure that CRS resources, processes and systems operate and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of stated organizational objectives. Knowledge/Experience: Experience in a design & construction project management environment. The ability to manage people and teams. Thorough knowledge of the capital project life cycle and related control processes. Basic accounting knowledge. Strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle, REMS and REALM. Skills: Strong time management/multitasking skills. Ability to maintain composure under pressure, and perform in fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented approach to problem solving. Ability to interface with personnel at all levels. Excellent technical, organizational, transactional, and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly grasp business and technical concepts. Capable of working on multiple projects at the same time. Comfortable working with (or learning to use) project management software. Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or accounting. Minimum of 5 years experience in a design & construction and/or project management environment. Minimum of 5 years managing people and/or teams. Competencies: Ability to work flexibly in a highly dynamic, demanding and fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and unsupervised, but with willingness to communicate with peers. Ability to multi-task and handle short-term deadlines & conflicting priorities. Excellent organizational, communication, listening, negotiation and influencing skills. Commitment to quality & attention to detail.
