Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Senior Manager of HR Analytics will partner with the Business and HR teams to define and execute data analytics initiatives that drive insights and business outcomes. The Senior Manager will be responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities as well as managing the execution and delivery of projects. You will be working with internal and external partner teams both in the US and off-shore. This role will require strategic thinking and strong client focus. Develop solutions to business problems using advanced analytics Be a thought partner to the operating divisions in creating analytics as a competitive advantage for United Be aware of tools, technologies and capabilities within the digital and analytics eco-system Required Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field Deep understanding of data, ability to perform data mining in a big data environement Strong passion to solve business problems with data Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Experienced in analyzing complex, high volume, high dimensionality data from various sources to identify patterns and relationships Strong knowledge of at least one database querying tools Be familiar in using Big Data ecosystems Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities quickly and effectively Ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations on current and future business needs Self-motivated - If you don t know the answer, you'll reach out and find somebody who does 5 years in an analytics role, with at least 1 year in a management or lead role Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred Experienced in using visualization tools.
