Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Works under the direction of the Project Controls Manager or Project Manager and assists Project and Task Managers in the preparation of schedules in their areas of responsibility. Planners will assist the team in setting up the planning baseline package and help in monitoring of the same Coordinates, reviews, and prepares the plans and schedules for new or existing projects. Provides schedule impacts for changes. Incorporates engineering and field schedules into the performance measurement baseline. Provides earned value reporting and performance measurements. Provides man-hour and manpower figures and trends for cost analysis, including delayed construction, procurement and/or engineering deliverables. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments and work requirements. Assists in development and implementation of project planning procedures appropriate for the project, which are in compliance with company and client requirements. Ensures that Project Controls deliverables are satisfied and Project Control Systems and procedures are implemented. Travel Up to 50% Job Status Full Time Job Requirements Education: 4 year degree in engineering/construction/business or related field or equivalent combinations of technical training or experience. Experience: 5-10 years experience in planning. Planner shall be well versed in Primavera Advance excel skill sets will enable quick reporting giving more time for analysis and looking ahead Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in a similar industry and should have sound knowledge with fabrication planning concepts understanding and implementation A solid knowledge of planning systems in construction required.
