Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Provides a large scope of IP expertise as well as FDA/regulatory practice to support our rapidly growing life sciences practice; - Is innovative and much more than a traditional patent firm. Applicants should have excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as solid litigation experience including drafting pleadings and memorandums. The ideal candidate will be ready for career advancement by having direct contact with important clients, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions on complex matters. The successful applicant will have aptitude and willingness to support the business development efforts of the IP Litigation group. USPTO registration (or the ability to sit for the exam) is strongly preferred.
