Creating and maintaining documentation pertaining to product features and work processes while adhering to established standards Remaining current on Business Analysis practices, techniques, and tools Following-up with internal clients about completed tasks to ensure client satisfaction. Translating technical information into business-focused, contextual deliverables Flowcharting processes in logical diagrams Job Title: Senior Business Technical Analyst City: Chicago. Job Type: full-time Minimum Requirements: REQUIRED SKILLS: 3-5 years of professional work experience 2-3 years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst eliciting/defining requirements, designing systems solutions, and managing business requirements 1-3 years of experience with requirements management or change management systems (i.e Jira, Confluence, etc.) 1-3 years of experience working with eCommerce solutions, web/mobile applications, or data/image management applications. DESIRED SKILLS: BACHELORS DEGREE IN A TECHNICAL DISCIPLINE IS HIGHLY DESIRED 1-3 years of experience working in the McDonald's restaurant experience 1-3 years of experience working in an AGILE environment Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, user acceptance criteria, and business processes Proactive, self-motivated, self-starter, and team player.
