Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with campaign set-up (IO s, campaign creation, creative tickets, tracking) Facilitate the management of new affiliate partnerships by helping them to maximize their own earnings and incent them to deliver more with campaigns, creative assets, etc. Perform regular pricing and media placement analyses of partner and campaign performance to drive marketing strategy Identify opportunities as well as proactively communicate tracking or other potential issues that appear in the data Conduct competitive analysis and market research Assist with day-to-day marketing activities across multiple partners: caps monitoring, campaign optimizations, budget management Provide support for the preparation and presentation of marketing presentations Ad hoc reporting & projects as needed REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of marketing experience Bachelors (or equivalent) in Business OR equivalent combination of experience and education Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, AdBeat, CRMs) Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition Demonstrates strong attention to detail Exhibits solid written and oral communication skills with peers and manager Strong organizational skills to track progress, analyze/report on data/results Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies We're improving YOUR digital landscape, by intense collaboration Spend a few minutes with our amazing people; This is IAC Applications: unscripted, unfiltered, in all of our quirkiness and Ping Pong-ing intensity.
