Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will also assist in supporting the digital marketing goals of the various business units by testing, refining, and troubleshooting new and existing marketing programs that include SEM, social media, website real-time personalization, etc. as well as help develop and interpret reporting & analytics to understand program effectiveness and ROI on these channels. The position will report to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing. Primary Responsibilities: Manage corporate Web properties to support the company s business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified leads, brand presence, awareness) Manage SEO/SEM efforts Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to optimize online marketing Test the performance of landing pages, special promotions, content and product placement Manage web/online developer Coordinate with business units, corporate communications, campaign managers, Sales and other internal stakeholders to align online activity with broader campaign initiatives Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration) Set inbound lead goals and measure results Oversee purchased media and search against performance metrics to optimize results Develop buyer-centric Web site navigation Manage all web/online vendors and software systems Become the center of excellence for all web/online programs by providing support to other marketing personnel within ABM and sharing successes across the enterprise Participate in the brainstorming and implementation of new programs, tactics, and processes Minimum Requirements Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience 3 years working in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation through web, online and social media efforts and strong focus on analytics 3 years of b-to-b social media experience 3 SEO/SEM experience Experience optimizing Web sites for branding and demand creation objectives Experience managing agency/vendor relationships strongly desirable Development of integrated marketing programs that combined inbound and outbound tactics Previous experience with A/B and multivariate testing Familiarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies Agency experience a plus Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyze program effectiveness and ROI Strong attention to detail Well organized with ability to multi-task and think outside of the box Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team Must be able to prioritize projects, work well under pressure and meet deadlines Desired Technology Proficiencies: Web content management Web analytics tools Web optimization tools (reverse IP, real-time data appending) Marketing automation platform Sales force automation Social media platforms, monitoring tools Search engine marketing tools Business intelligence tools Experience with project management or marketing resource systems Video shooting and editing a plus.
