Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities: Generally, oversee construction to monitor, assess and manage progress and quality workmanship. Daily interface with Lessor and Contractor, while communicating regularly with Owner and Designer, as needed. Act as liaison between Owner, Designer and Contractor to resolve design issues. Help coordinate the FF & E Process between Owner, Vendors and Contractors. Monitor and help coordinate, as necessary with local building permit issuance, compliance and certificate of occupancy process. Prepare daily reports, create and maintain photo documentation. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 5-years construction, construction management, owner representation or clerk of the works experience. Any mix of related experience will be considered. Preferred Qualifications BS or AAS Construction Management, but not necessary MA Licensed Construction Supervisor License, or similar but not necessary OSHA Safety Training.
