Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Functions: Oversee style file for all leased vendors sold at Market. Ensure items are uploaded correctly and within a 7 business day deadline. Shorter deadlines are required as needed, per individual vendor. Research and resolve style issues called out by vendor, internal partners or Stores. Communicate regularly with vendors to maintain high integrity of style file information. Develop procedures for all functions performed. Maintain control log for various actionable items. Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality. Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Mathematics or Economics preferred, but not required. 1 to 2 years work experience preferred. Strong knowledge of the product development process (retail experience recommended). Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals, and explain orally and in writing, technical information to partners in a simple and understandable format. Mathematical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and above average mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
