Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Description: The Charlotte office of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP has an immediate opening for a Foreign Patent Paralegal. Responsibilities include all foreign patent related activities including PCT applications, daily docket, communications with foreign associates and reporting to the client. Job Requirements: Position requires excellent technical and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years experience with foreign patent activities in a variety of countries. Ability to develop and document processes and procedures for foreign department. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of foreign associates.
