Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for all Office operations for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Cardno practices, policies and procedures Oversees the project managers responsible for the field personnel and office staff assigned in the branch office Initiates, prepares, reviews, and participates in proposals, rate & staff hour estimate preparation, and negotiations Participates in interviews and presentations Reviews and manages client contracts Serves as representative of Cardno at client meetings Regularly interfaces with existing and potential clients to secure new assignments Develops and maintains relationships with existing and new clients Analyzes backlog, resources, and sales to determine priorities and needs and coordinates with Regional Manager to secure necessary resources and equipment Responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects Establishes and maintains quality assurance plans and safety plans for assigned projects Oversees all QA/QC functions to ensure accurate and high quality deliverables to clients Participates in the yearly Budget Forecast development, monthly operating review meetings and is otherwise responsible for setting and meeting the financial performance goals of the branch office Job Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management, Geophysics or related field is required Minimum of ten+ (10+) years of experience is required Six (6) years of experience managing UDOT projects preferred Registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer required Experience in leadership, project management, and staff supervision is required Must have strong skills in the following areas: written and oral communication, supervisory and mentoring, attention to details and accuracy, planning, decision making, problem solving Please Note that selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background and reference screening.
