Job Responsibilities and Requirements: We are looking for a Sr. Analyst to join the team and work collaboratively on Insights across a variety of programs and projects including Customer Engagement, Advertising, and Promotions. Our desired team member has a Bachelors degree, 3 years of experience in Insights and is a good storyteller that can weave insights into an engaging presentation. Must have experience in project management and the mechanics of Insights (questionnaire development, reporting and timeline management) with SPSS and survey software skills a plus. Reporting to the Director of Insights, you will have a front seat opportunity to learn and contribute to the success of the organization. Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility is a must. If this sounds like you and you are open to occasional travel to support the insights team, we d love to hear from you. Job Requirements: 4 year undergraduate Marketing or Social Science degree with marketing research and statistical courses. Master s preferred. 3 years work experience in Consumer Insights project management. Experience manipulating large data sets/mining data to identify patterns and opportunities preferred. Strong project management and communication skills required. Experience in research design and data analysis required. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively necessary. Strong storytelling skills preferred. Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint required. SPSS and online survey tool skills a plus. Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for project needs.
