Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Job Functions: Model, create, and manage key data sets required to provide Marketing Analytics team members and Marketing Business Owners access to the insights they need to drive performance success Create and manage a stable data environment inside the platform provided by Business Intelligence, supplemented with tools and platforms that you recommend to meet Marketing s data needs Build out dashboards and reports to assist Marketing in strategic campaign execution Support the data-related needs of new vendor and partner relationships: gathering requirements, organizing data solutions, overseeing execution of data communications Identify and develop efficient solutions for data anomalies in partnership with other Marketing analysts and Business Intelligence department to ensure data supports Marketing s business needs Develop and present insightful analyses into the performance of Marketing campaigns Identify key performance indicators and trends to describe the customer lifecycle, provide clear views into marketing channel performance, and support inputs to the Marketing forecast Convert research and analyses into insights including implications and recommendations that are specific and actionable for Marketing and other divisions of the company Assist in presenting insights to Senior Management both in meeting settings and via email QUALIFICATIONS Passionate about data quality and reporting excellence Advanced capabilities in designing data models as well as extracting and transforming large data sets Experience with managing data in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.) 3-5 years working with customer and marketing data and/or analytics Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach; ability to measure the impact of project deliverables Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once Proficient in data mining languages such as SQL or equivalent Bachelor's degree in quantitative or computer science field or equivalent experience Excellent communicator in both written and in-person collaborations Able to work cross-functionally and to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau (or similar dashboard software) is an Equal Opportunity Employer participates in E-Verify.
